Shipping

I aim to ship all orders within 2-4 working days. 

Packaging

Simple Crafted Life is committed to using recyclable shipping materials (except where plastic packaging from suppliers is re-purposed).

Each order is wrapped in recycled, acid-free tissue paper and packaged in cardboard or paper bags and sealed with paper tape.

Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days (UK customers) or 25 working days (international customers) please get in touch at sj@simplecraftedlife.com - please note that Royal Mail only considers the order missing or lost until after the allotted time has passed. 

Please check with your local Post Office, delivery office or with a neighbour in case your order has been delivered to the wrong place.  

Tracked Orders

If you would like recorded delivery, please contact me at sj@simplecraftedlife.com and I can adjust the costs. 

Please note that unless you have paid for recorded delivery, I am unable to provide you with a tracking number for your order. 

Duties and Customs Charges

Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. For details of what charges may or may not apply, please check with your postal service.
